
COVID-19 and Travel Updates
- On Monday, October 25th, 2021, President Biden announced a Presidential Proclamation titled "A Proclamation on Advancing the Safe Resumption of Global Travel During the COVID-19 Pandemic". This proclamation, which takes effect on November 8th, 2021, will end the travel restrictions on visitors from 33 countries which was implemented back in 2020.
- In place of travel restrictions, The President announced a global vaccination requirement for all adult foreign national travelers (even those arriving from countries that had no travel restrictions).
- A foreign visitor must be fully vaccinated to travel to the U.S.. You are considered fully vaccinated:
- 2 weeks (14 days) after an accepted singe-dose COVID-19 vaccine
- 2 weeks (14 days) after your second dose of an accepted 2-dose series
- 2 weeks (14 days) after you received 2 doses of any "mix-and-match" combination of accepted vaccines administered at least 17 days apart
- 2 weeks (14 days) after you received the full series of an active (not placebo) COVID-19 vaccine in the U.S.-based AstraZeneca or Novavax COVID-19 vaccine trials

- International travelers do NOT have to take a COVID-19 test before travel. - Please see updated travel policy HERE
- All air passengers to the United States will also be required to provide contact information to airlines before boarding flights to the United States.
